Accommodation: All of our rooms offer an unobstructed view of the caldera. They are completely independent, with beautifully appointed private kitchens and bathrooms and fine linens that create an exclusive spa atmosphere (steam rooms and Jacuzzi) with comfortable Duxiana beds for your maximum comfort. The spirit of our resort follows the “intelligent-home” architecture, featuring the most sophisticated state-of-the-art technology (Interactive Flat Panel HDTVs with a High Definition movie collection, ΑΜΧ Touch Panels for controlling the environment and the entertainment system, as well as selecting user-defined lighting scenes, Wi-Fi/Ethernet and Internet Radio). Vanilla Rooms: Unadorned lines, earthly tones and unobstructed views to the magical caldera. The Vanilla rooms span in either one or two levels and combine, in an ideal fashion, elements of the distinctive Cycladic architecture with minimalism. Premium Rooms: All Premium Rooms offer exclusive views of the caldera and either have a private veranda or are a breath away from the pool. Neatly designed seating areas, built-in furniture and traditional Cycladic style fireplaces, emphasize the atmosphere of the Island. Featuring private kitchens with mini-bar, generous dressing rooms, King size Duxiana beds, bathrooms with Jacuzzis and master crafted built-In showers, they guarantee a truly relaxing experience.

Through its windows, the afternoon sun softly lights up the entire living space. Indulge in the comfort of a built-in sofa in your own private terrace, almost touching 'Skaros' and enjoy the sunset. At the highest point of the complex, the "eagle's nest", is an addition to the living spaces (rooms offered accommodation) of the Private Residence: you can reserve for yourself this penthouse sanctuary that will reward you with ultimate privacy and exquisite views.
The Private Residence at Kapari Natural Resort can accommodate from 2 to 15 guests.
