Afroessa hotel praises romance.
Guests experience the exceptional view from "old
canavas" rooms set atop of Santorini's hillside. The
original site of the winery, first built in 1700 was
renovated in 1998 on its existing foundation. The ten
studios, each with its own unique archway are built on
five levels, with their own magical view of Caldera.
Each studio is individually decorated giving its own
district character, yet maintaining the traditional
style. The beds are built into the foundations and the
furnishing and decorations chosen so as to enhance the
warm and romantic feelings created by the
surroundings.

just 2 km from Fira and can be reached through the old
traditional path which connects Fira and Oia, or through
the central road by bus or taxi. The hotel lies 13 km
far from the port and 10 km from the islands airport.
